This policy explains how Ideation Colab PR LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Atlas.
Account information — your name, email address, and plan.
Billing information — handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. We receive subscription
status and plan details; we never see or store your full card number.
Connected-account data — when you connect email, calendar, or CRM accounts, we access
messages, events, contacts, and related records from those accounts in order to provide the
Service.
Content you capture — notes and messages you send to your Atlas second brain (e.g., via the
dashboard, Telegram, or WhatsApp).
Usage and log data — sign-ins, feature usage, and technical logs used for security and
reliability.
We use your information only to provide and secure the Service: assembling your briefings, tracking commitments, drafting replies for your review, answering your questions, and operating your account. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it for marketing to third parties.
Atlas processes your data using Anthropic's commercial API to generate briefings and answers. Under our commercial terms, your data is not used to train AI models.
Atlas's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the features you see (briefings, drafts, scheduling help), is never used for advertising, and is never sold.
Your data is stored in an isolated per-customer tenant, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to what is required to operate the Service. Confidential-plan tenants additionally receive audit logging and a free/busy-only calendar mode that limits what Atlas reads from your calendar.
We use a small set of providers to run Atlas: Paddle (payments, merchant of record), Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (application hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
We retain your data while your subscription is active. If you cancel or your subscription lapses, your tenant is suspended and its data is deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time at atlas@ideationcolab.com.
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email atlas@ideationcolab.com — we respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Atlas uses only essential cookies (session sign-in). We do not use advertising trackers.
Atlas is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or in-app before they take effect.
