These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Atlas (the "Service"), an AI chief-of-staff service provided by Ideation Colab PR LLC ("Ideation Colab," "we," "us"). By subscribing to or using Atlas, you agree to these Terms.
Atlas connects to accounts you authorize (such as email, calendar, and CRM), and uses AI to assemble briefings, track commitments, draft replies for your review, and answer questions from your data. Features vary by plan, as described on our pricing page.
You must be at least 18 years old and use Atlas for business purposes. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to connect.
Paid subscriptions are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which handles checkout, payment, sales tax/VAT, and subscription management. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms. Current prices are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until canceled. You can cancel at any time; your seat remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Promotional pricing (such as founding-member discounts) affects price only, for the stated period, and does not change plan features.
You retain all rights to your data. By connecting an account, you grant us permission to access and process its data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right and authority to connect each account and that doing so does not violate any law or agreement that binds you.
You agree not to: (a) use Atlas to violate any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to access another customer's tenant or data; (c) probe, disrupt, or overload the Service; (d) resell or white-label the Service except as your plan expressly allows; or (e) use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.
Atlas produces AI-generated summaries, drafts, and answers. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying or acting on it. Atlas does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. If your subscription lapses or is canceled, your tenant is suspended and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the Service and these Terms. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you (for example, by email or in-app) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Puerto Rico have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to their venue.
