Atlas — Refund Policy

We want Atlas to earn its seat on your team. If it's not working for you, here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Atlas isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase (monthly or annual) and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal was charged in error — or you renewed and didn't use the Service at all — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund

Email atlas@ideationcolab.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request." Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, so approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime from your subscription management link (in your receipt emails) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; your seat stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then suspends. Your data is deleted within 30 days of suspension, per our Privacy Policy.

Enterprise

Refunds for Enterprise agreements are governed by the terms of your contract.
